Intent
Our pupils will be able to reflect on their own values and beliefs, and those of others. They will know how to use atlases, maps and globes and have a good understanding of their locality and those further afield. They will be culturally aware and have an understanding of their responsibility to protect and preserve our planet.
Geography underpins a lifelong conversation about the earth as the home of humankind.

Implementation
Our Geography curriculum encapsulates the National Curriculum and is designed to show and enable the progression of skills and knowledge from Early Years through to Year 6. We organise this teaching and learning across a two-year cycle to cater for our mixed-age classes.
